In protest to result of the presidential election, Iranian and non-Iranian students are gathering in front of the LA federal building.

در محکومیت انتخابات مهندسی شده
ما، دانشجویان ایرانی خارج از کشور، اعتراض شدید خود را نسبت به نتایج انتخابات دورۀ دهم ریاست جمهوری در ایران اعلام می داریم.
علی رغم شرکت پرشور مردم در این انتخابات برای تغییر شرایط موجود و برخلاف کلیه نظرسنجی‌های انجام شده که حاکی از پیروزی نامزد انتخاباتی اصلاحات بود؛ جناح تمامیت خواه با حمایت بخشی از نیروهای نظامی دست به شبه کودتا زده و نتایج را به نفع کاندیدای خود محمود احمدی نژاد اعلام کردند.
نتایج اعلام شده به وضوح نشان می دهد که وزارت کشور حتی زحمت دستکاری در آرا را نیز به خود نداده و با بازی با اعداد نتیجۀ انتخابات را به نفع خود تغییر داده است.
درحال حاضر، علی رغم اینکه اعتراضات گستردۀ مردمی در سراسر ایران ادامه دارد و بسیاری از فعالان سیاسی بازداشت شده اند؛ نیروهای تمامیتخواه با ایجاد محدودیت در ارتباطات تلفنی و اینترنتی مانع از انتقال اخبار به جهانیان می شوند.
ما، دانشجویان ایرانی خارج از کشور، در اعتراض به این نتایج، در همبستگی با حرکت شجاعانه و پیگیرانۀ هم میهنانمان در داخل کشور و برای رساندن صدا و خواسته های واقعی مردم ایران به گوش جهانیان گرد هم می آئیم وخواسته های های خود را به شرح ذیل اعلام می داریم:
. ابطال نتایج غیر واقعی اعلام شده و برگزاری انتخابات مجدد با حضور نمایندگان کاندیداها در کلیه مراحل رای گیری.
.آزادسازی کلیه فعالان سیاسی و معترضین به شرایط موجود که در روزهای اخیر توسط کودتاگران دستگیر شده‌اند.
.توقف یورش و سرکوب معترضین به انتخابات در سراسر ایران.
.و در پایان از کلیه دول خارجی انتظار داریم که تا برگزاری انتخابات مجدد دمکراتیک و تحقق خواسته‌های ملت ایران از به رسمیت شناختن این دولت نامشروع و برآمده با شبه کودتا خودداری کنند.

In Condemnation of Electoral Fraud
Iranian Students around the world protest the coup underway in Iran following the undemocratic presidential election. Despite the unprecedented turnout of voters in this election and the polls published before and during the election, according to the national media in Iran, reformist candidates have been defeated. The announcement of results by the Ministry of the Interior clearly shows that in the election officials have not even bothered to try to cover up their tampering with the votes and have managed to manipulate the election to their own advantage.
Under the current circumstances, a full-fledged coup is underway in Iran. All means of communications including the Internet, mobile phones and text messaging have been severely restricted. It is under these extraordinary conditions that we, in solidarity with the Iranian people, protest the results of this fraudulent election. We urge the international community to hear the voices of the Iranian people, whose votes do not count and whose youth is assaulted.
The following is the list of our demands:
1. The annulment of the results of the 10th presidential election in Iran and a new round of elections with the presence of all candidates' representatives at all the stages of the election.
2. The release of all political prisoners including the political leaders and prominent figures of the reformist movement that have recently been detained.
3. Cessation of repression of those demonstrating over the election results.
4. The international community, governments and heads of state must refuse recognition to Ahmadinejad as the elected president of the Iranian people.
